DIY Dualband J-pole antenna

Recently I was looking for a low budget antenna to use indoor just so I could monitor the local 2m and 70cm repeater.
It had to be an antenna not taking to much space, that I could build with parts that I still had lying around, but nevertheless still had a good SWR so I could transmit on it as well.

After some searching I came across this dual-band J-pole antenna and gave it a try, these are the construction details of it:

Multi-functional Transistor Tester DIY Kit

Looking for some spare parts on e-bay by accident I came across this very interesting DIY kit.

The full title on e-bay was "M328 Multi-functional Transistor Tester DIY Kit LCR ESR Meter Signal Generator"

It's a multi-functional transistor tester with an automatic detection of NPN, PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors ...
On top of all that it's also a frequency meter and square signal and PWM signal generator.

And all of this for less than 15 euro !
